2. JURISDICTION AND VENUE
2.1âSubject-Matter Jurisdiction. This Court has subject-matter jurisdiction under Okla. Const. art. VII, § 7 and 12 O.S. § 2001 et seq., because the amount in controversy exceeds $10,000 exclusive of interest and costs.
2.2âPersonal Jurisdiction. Defendant transacted business, contracted to supply services or things, and committed the acts complained of in Oklahoma, thereby submitting to personal jurisdiction pursuant to 12 O.S. § 2004(F)(1).

3. BACKGROUND & GENERAL ALLEGATIONS
