What result is verifiable from the published order in Timothy S. Hunt v. Commonwealth of Virginia?

Short answer: The Norfolk Circuit Court held that sovereign immunity prevented it from hearing the requested declaratory-judgment action. It sustained the Commonwealth's demurrer without leave to amend and dismissed that declaratory-judgment case with prejudice. The published order does not state the underlying tax dispute, so this page does not infer it.
