ORDER

BY THE COMMISSION:

These consolidated cases are before the Commission on remand from the court of appeals. In
its decision, the court vacated the Commission's order that denied a motion by the
Secretary to vacate the Commission's directions for review of these cases. The court
remanded the cases to the Commission to dismiss the petitions for review. Donovan v.
Oil, Chemical, & Atomic Workers International Union , 11 BNA OSHC 1689, 1983 CCH
OSHD � 26,718 (5th Cir. Nov. 7, 1983). Accordingly, the petitions for review in these
cases are dismissed.
